1. Shipping Origin & Fulfillment

All LEOHEX products are dispatched directly from our fulfillment centers in China. Shipping directly from our specialized production hub ensures that you receive the latest collections with full stock availability and the highest quality control standards.

2. Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or international holidays.
• During high-volume periods (such as new product launches or peak seasons), processing may take an additional 1-2 days. We appreciate your patience.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates: Free standard shipping is available on orders of US$39+ to eligible destinations. Some destinations have separate shipping rates regardless of order value and do not qualify for free shipping. See shipping rates and exclusions. Final shipping charges are shown at checkout.

We offer worldwide shipping to over 50 countries, including Japan, the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Delivery times vary by destination:

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

LEOHEX is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check your local customs policy before placing an order.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is typically updated within 24-48 hours after dispatch.

6. Specialized Protective Packaging

To protect the integrity of our high-gloss, metallic, and delicate "liquid-look" fabrics, every LEOHEX item undergoes a final inspection and is placed in specialized protective packaging. This ensures the fabric remains free from friction, snags, or surface marks during its international journey.

7. Shipping Address & Delivery Responsibility

• Correct Address: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot change the address once the package has been dispatched.
• Lost/Stolen Packages: LEOHEX is not liable for any products lost or stolen during shipping once the carrier marks the status as "Delivered." If your package is missing despite a delivery confirmation, please contact your local carrier to file a formal claim.
